Initial Setup

-Unpack the device and make sure to familiarize yourself with the enclosed user manual

-Fill the fresh water tank with water; optionally add cleaning concentrate (must be foam-free and suitable for carpet washers) into the dosing unit or directly into the fresh water tank

-Select the appropriate brush attachment according to the manual and attach it to the hose; connect the hose to the device

-Plug the power cord into the socket and switch on the device

-Press and hold the white spray button firmly for 10 seconds

-Vacuum, spray, clean (first test on an inconspicuous area)

-Refill the fresh water tank with clean water and rinse with clean water

-Attach the self-cleaning nozzle to the end of the hose and press the spray button for 30 seconds

-Empty and clean both tanks, detach the hose; allow everything to dry thoroughly

 

 

Troubleshooting

The device does not start:

-Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the socket

-Check that both tanks are securely locked in place and that both top covers are correctly latched

-Check whether the dirty water tank is full, empty if necessary

-Possible overheating after very long use, wait briefly and let it cool down

 

The machine does not vacuum:

-Check that the hose is properly connected and that the device is not clogged, clean if necessary

-The dirty water tank may be full, empty if necessary

 

The device does not spray water:

-Check if there is enough water in the fresh water tank

-Check that the hose is properly attached

-Check whether the valve on the fresh water tank is stuck (gently press the valve at the bottom of the tank, water must flow out)

-Check if both tanks are properly placed into the slots, press down gently if necessary

-Firmly press the spray button for 10 seconds; the button may be stiff during initial use

-The hose was not rinsed with clean water and cleaner residue is clogging the nozzle? Place the nozzle in warm water for 10 minutes and try again

The small sponge is only intended as a replacement. There is a small sponge under the dirty water tank, which can be replaced if necessary.

A long product lifespan is very important to us, so you can purchase almost all components. Feel free to contact us.

 

There are water residues in my device, and the tape has been resealed twice. Did I receive a used product?

No, you are of course receiving a brand-new, unused product from us. To ensure quality, we have devices randomly inspected by a third-party company. For this, the box must be opened, and the device’s tightness checked. This may lead to water droplets and double-sealed tape.
